1. Service
Seawall Shuttle Co. provides shared-van ground transportation between Houston-area airports, the Port of Galveston, and Galveston hotels. Seats are sold per person at the posted fare.
2. Shuttle Protection and refunds
Every seat includes Shuttle Protection. You are entitled to a full refund of the fare, less a card processing fee, if you miss your scheduled pickup because your inbound flight was delayed or canceled, if you miss your scheduled pickup because your ship returned to port late, or if you cancel voluntarily at least 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations inside 2 hours of pickup, and no-shows not described above, are not refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
3. Booking and changes
Reservations are confirmed by email. You are responsible for providing accurate flight, ship, terminal, and contact details. We track inbound flights where possible but are not liable for information provided incorrectly.
4. Conduct and luggage
Standard cruise luggage is included. Oversized or excessive items should be disclosed at booking. We may refuse service for unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive conduct.
5. Delays and circumstances beyond our control
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road or port conditions, or other events beyond our reasonable control, and we are not responsible for missed sailings except as provided by Shuttle Protection above.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fare paid. [Insert your insurance, limitation-of-liability, and governing-law provisions here, reviewed by counsel.]
