The fastest way to get an answer is to call. We answer the phone during operating hours, and on cruise mornings we are already up.
If your flight is delayed or canceled
Call us as soon as you know. This matters: we do not track flights on shared bookings, so we will not know your flight has moved unless you tell us. Once you do, we will move you to a later van when there is room, at no extra charge.
If we cannot get you on another van, your shared seat is refundable under Shuttle Protection. Either way you are not out the fare, but the call is what starts it.
Changing or canceling a booking
Shared seats can be canceled for any reason up to two hours before your scheduled pickup, for a full refund. Call or email with your booking name and date and we will take care of it.
Private transfers are booked as a whole vehicle. Cancellation terms for private are shown at checkout when you book.
Booking a large group
The 14-passenger Sprinter covers most groups. If you have more than fourteen people, or you need several vehicles moving together, call us rather than booking online. We will quote it properly and keep everyone on the same schedule.
