Roughly how long from Houston down to the port?
About an hour from central Houston, but it depends on your airport. Plan on about 45 minutes from Hobby (about 40 miles) and about an hour and 15 to an hour and a half from IAH (about 70 miles), and longer in heavy cruise-Saturday traffic. Build in a cushion if you are flying in the same day.
